About Us

The Minimalist Table project began as a simple father-son DIY endeavor to design a practical drop-down table for the Suzuki Jimny (JB74). After numerous prototypes and refinements, the result is a sleek, matte-black powder-coated table that perfectly balances functionality and style. Measuring 280x840mm for the Gen4 (280x750mm for Gen3) and capable of supporting up to 11kg, this table seamlessly fits the 3rd and 4th generation as well as the 5-door variant Suzuki Jimny's. Designed for adventure, it attaches effortlessly to the rear door with strong magnets, ensuring a secure, rattle-free experience even on the roughest trails.

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to GoMinimal. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GoMinimal. By accessing our website and/or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products and Orders

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. The current price for the GoMinimal Table is R3199, exclusive of shipping costs.
  • Orders: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

3. Payment & Shipping

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa.

5. Intellectual Property

Returns & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 22 September 2025

We are committed to customer satisfaction and comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa. Our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Right of Return (Cooling-Off Period)

You may return the GoMinimal table within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund. To be eligible, the product must be in its original, unused, and unassembled condition, and in its original packaging with all included hardware.

2. Defective or Damaged Goods

If the product you receive is defective or damaged, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or a full refund at your discretion, provided you notify us within 6 months of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Improper installation or failure to follow the provided instructions.
  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Exceeding the specified weight limit of 12kg.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at Gominimal@cybersmart.co.za with your order number and a clear description of the reason for the return. For defective items, please include photographs of the issue.
  2. We will provide you with instructions and a return address.
  3. You will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping unless the product is confirmed to be defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
